About Motors Holding

General Motors distributes its automotive products through motor vehicle dealerships. Motors Holding is an organization within General Motors that provides investment capital to develop quality GM dealerships. General Motors established Motors Holding in 1929, recognizing that quality dealership operators − those with integrity, ambition, and the willingness to work − often do not have access to sufficient capital, which is an equally essential ingredient of success.

Our Mission

Motors Holding provides qualified individuals with a means to own dealerships through structured investment and buyout plans while providing business management experience and other operational assistance.

Motors Holding is proud of our history and role in assisting thousands of entrepreneurs in owning and operating dealerships by providing them with the opportunity to become independent General Motors dealers.
